Today at school we learned about the Healthy Eating Guide.
It says you need to eat healthy and what you should eat. You should eat bread, cereals, rice, pasta and potatoes because it is very important for breakfast.
You also should eat sandwich for lunch.

It also says you should eat less salt than normal. Fish is important for your health.
If you want to live healthy you need to do more sports. Your body needs more water if you do sports and if its warm.
I think it is imposible for me because I am not very motivated to change my life. But I think there are a lot of people who are doing this and I respect them.
