Why a lot of people prefer online shopping?

Nowadays a lot of people don’t have time to go to a shopping centre and spend hours with shopping. Young people do a lot of online shopping because they love it to shop with their laptops or smartphones. An advantage of online shopping is that you can do it very fast you can look at 3 shops at the same time and most of the time the things you want to get are always in stock. You should also know that there are also some disadvantages. The shipping also costs few dollars and you also can’t try clothes on like in a shop.

Opening hours in Austria

The opening hours in Austria are good because the employee can’t work the whole day they need free time too. The shops in Austria close at 6 p.m. On a Sunday the shops should close their stores because this day people should spend your free time with their family

My shopping habits

I go often shopping with my friends because they know what fits me. I also like to go shopping with my parents because I can buy what I want. I often go shopping in the PlusCity in Linz and in the Landstraße in Linz. In Perg, my home town, there is only one shop where I go and buy new clothes.

English in Action

Hello everybody,

Today I want to tell you something about English in Action.

Last week rather I and my class had a workshop called English in Action. We had native speakers from England and they were very polite. I think they help us a lot because they taught us new vocabulary and tried their best.

There were some interesting topics for us because the course was perfect for a business academy like ours. I learnt a lot from this workshop like writing an application in English and writing a business plan etc.

I think every student should do(?) English in Action as long as the school offers it. Some people can improve their speak and learn a lot of new things.

After this couse my English level is a B1 and B1+. I think it will help me to get a better mark in my English class.

My year abroad

Hello everybody,

In our last english leason we were talking about the AFS (It's a abbreviation of American Field Service). Let me tell you something about AFS and my opinion about this topic.

AFS helps students who wants to improve their language skills by searching host families for some students. Host families get not paid for speaking their language with students and showing their culture. Some students should help out in the chores and only speak the language they should learn in this country.

My year abroad

I would spend my year abroad in the USA because I want to improve my english and I want to see the big cities of the USA. I would like to be there in the summer because it's very hot there and I think it would be more fun. If I would be there I would like to have a host family who don't like meat and do a lot of sports like running, playing soccer or just like to have a walk.

But this would be impossible for me because my family is indepted from building a new house.

Healthy Eating Guide

Today at school we learned about the Healthy Eating Guide.

It says you need to eat healthy and what you should eat. You should eat bread, cereals, rice, pasta and potatoes because it is very important for breakfast.
You also should eat sandwich for lunch.
Potatoes, pasta and rice are important for evening meal.

It also says you should eat less salt than normal. Fish is important for your health.

If you want to live healthy you need to do more sports. Your body needs more water if you do sports and if its warm.

I think it is imposible for me because I am not very motivated to change my life. But I think there are a lot of people who are doing this and I respect them.

Interview with Donald Trump

Now I want to tell you someting about this interview.

Donald Trump is candideted for the new elections in the United States. He is a millionäre who wants to change the US. 

In this video he said that he wants to build a wall between the US and Mexico. The border between the US and Mexico is about 2.000 Miles and he wants to build a wall about 1.000 Miles. He also wants to build a big, fat and beautiful door. It costs about 5 billion and 7 billion US-Dollar

If he get president he will be stopping drug trade and illegal immagration.

I think this won't work because the US people aren't stupit and they don't want this pig for president.

My Room

Hello!
Today I want to tell you something about my room where I do the most things.
Let's start!

We have a very big single-family detached house we have 290 m² to live.
My room is 12 m².
The main color in my room is green because I bought my furniture when I was a child. I don't like them because they make my room childish.
In my room is a big couch, it is our old couch from the old home. My bed is not very big I would like to have a bigger bed. I have a PC in my room and I mostly play on my 2 monitors because I want to see something while playing. I have a big desk too. My shelves are fixed on the wall and I have some pictures of mine in there and some other things. I have nice paintings from London on my walls. My walls are white and only one is green.

I do not like my room because of the color green and the old couch.

X-MAS

Today we learnt at school about Christmas.

Let me tell you something about it.

First of all when does people celebrate Christmas, what is Christmas and who celebrate it?

People celebrate 3 days of X-Mas from the 24th up to the 26th. The 24th  December is called Christmas Eve. The 25th is called Christmas Day and the 26th of December is called Boxing day.

On Christmas Eve people go to the church and on this day people don't eat any meat or fish.
On Christmas Day people celebrate  Jesus Birth and they celebrate it with the family and people they like. The Boxing day is celebrated in a few countries. On this day people open some X-MAS presents.

I have got some Austian friends and they told me how they celebrate this day. They told me, in Austria there is only one day important. They do everything on Christmas Day like unboxing and celebrating with the family. They belive Jesus was born on this day.

I don't celebrate Christmas because I am a Muslim and we have other days to celebrate.

That's Christmas as far as I know.
